Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using HQPig services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use HQPig services for personal or commercial use. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions:

• You must not modify or copy our materials
• You must not use the materials for any commercial purpose without authorization
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on our platform
• You must not remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription and Payments

Some parts of our services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the subscription plan you select. At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or we cancel it.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of HQPig. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You retain all rights to the content you create using our services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HQPig, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
